Cyril Delettre is a French artist specializes in photography and videography, his work is a balance between documentary and art.
Hong Kong inspired him the series : How To See The Light… Walk the dog, Eclosions HK, After Midnight, Afternoon, Rythmes, Walk Don’t Walk, Wild City, Hope…
In 2018, Delettre documents people living on the Dump Site in Cebu, Philippines, with the help of the NGO “Children of the Mekong”.
In 2014, Marie-Florence Gros and Delettre move to Hong Kong, where they are based now, to open an art gallery dedicated to photography La Galerie Paris 1839.
He created the art photography series : Vibrations, Om, NYC, Eclosions, Impressions, Travelling, Square Noir.
The series Eclosions was created for a monumental artwork to cover the facade of Austerlitz station, 60x7m, during the renovation works, 2012-2015.
He directed a short film Execution. Based on an original screenplay by Marie-Florence Gros. Producing a special film with a great team, he addresses the subject of the death penalty in a new and humorous way, 26 minutes. 2012.
He released a documentary Objectifs de Campagne about photo-reporters that followed the 2007 electoral campaign. Throughout these reportages, he showed the backstage of electoral campaign as well as the hard work of reporters.
Delettre joined the press agency Imapress in 1989 and then REA in 2002. As a press photographer, he was working closely with multiple French politicians. He has covered a myriad of society subjects such as the illegal immigrants, the closing of the migrants' centre in Sangatte, religious communities and influential women in France. His pictures were featured in important French magazines, including Paris Match, L'Express, VSD, Les Cahiers du Cinéma, Le Nouvel Observateur, Le Figaro...

En 2018, il s'intéresse les personnes vivant sur la décharge de Cebu, aux Philippines, avec l'aide de l'ONG « Les Enfants du Mékong ».
En 2014, Marie-Florence Gros et Cyril Delettre s'installent à Hong Kong, où ils sont désormais basés, pour ouvrir une galerie d'art dédiée à la photographie : La Galerie Paris 1839.
Il a créé la série de photographies d'art : Vibrations, Om, NYC, Eclosions, Impressions, Travelling, Square Noir.
La série Eclosions a été créée pour une œuvre monumentale destinée à recouvrir la façade de la gare d'Austerlitz, 60x7m, lors des travaux de rénovation, 2012-2015.
Il a réalisé un court métrage Exécution. D'après un scénario original de Marie-Florence Gros. Réalisant un film spécial avec une grosse équipe, ils abordent le sujet de la peine de mort d'une manière nouvelle et humoristique, 26 minutes. 2012.
Il a réalisé un documentaire Objectifs de Campagne sur les photo-reporters qui ont couvert la campagne électorale de 2007. A travers ces reportages, il montre les coulisses de la campagne électorale ainsi que le travail acharné des reporters.
Cyril Delettre a rejoint l'agence de presse Imapress en 1989 puis REA en 2002. Photographe de presse, il a collaboré étroitement avec de nombreux hommes politiques français. Il a couvert une myriade de sujets de société tels que les immigrés clandestins, la fermeture du centre pour migrants de Sangatte, les communautés religieuses et les femmes influentes en France. Ses images ont été présentées dans d'importants magazines français, dont Paris Match, L'Express, VSD, Les Cahiers du Cinéma, Le Nouvel Observateur, Le Figaro...
